Actually, its a bit less accurate I think. The official art of Modern Sonic has very thin limbs. The old figures had the a more accurate limb thickness but these new ones hide the articulation much better and have more range of movement.
Huh... Alright, yeah, don't know what I was thinking when I typed that. It's an unfortunate trade-off, but time will tell if it was worth it. Have they at least fixed the QC issues that plagued the Free Riders releases?
Actually, they seem to be using a different type of plastic now. It's much sturdier and the joints work well unlike many of the joints on the Free Riders figures. Aside from a little warping on Sonic's arm that a little hot water can fix, there isn't anything to really complain about.
